Rental Fees of our Facilities 1) Parish Hall for non-members Wedding/Receptions: $400 + + $100 for Sexton + $250 refundable damage deposit 2) Warden's Hall for non-members Wedding/Receptions–includes use of kitchen: $200 + $250 refundable damage deposit Note: Parishioners who pledge or who give on a regular basis (known as contributing members) are never charged for the use of any of our facilities for weddings and receptions. We do charge the family of a non-member groom if Warden's Hall is used for the rehearsal dinner (at the above rate). 3) Use of Warden's Hall by Civic Groups (Civic Women’s Club, New Comers, Garden Clubs, etc.) who meet here on a regular basis throughout the year, and use the facility during normal business hours (Mon. – Fri. 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM): $250 per year or $35 each time 4) Use of Warden’s Hall by a pledging/contributing member during normal working hours for personal use, not for profit-making purposes (child’s birthday, shower, private luncheon, etc.): No Charge 5) Use of Warden’s Hall by a parishioner hours for profit-making purposes:
$25 during normal working hours 6) Occasional use (no more than twice a year) of the parish hall for a luncheon or dinner with time limit of up to 4 hours by a Civic Group: $75.00 ($25 per hour for each hour thereafter) 7) Use of the parish hall or Warden's Hall by a pledging/contributing member for the purpose birthday parties, of a scholars/sports banquet or lecture (for non-profit purposes:
No charge for a one time use annually 8) Use of the parish hall or Warden’s Hall for Meals-On-Wheels annual luncheon, DFACS annual/semi-annual party for Foster Parents & Children, Habitat or any other similar entity which is non-profit: No Charge – limited to once a year per organization |
